healthy food

As we all know that eating fruits and vegetables are good for our health.Today, i am talking about how to keep yourself healthy.First of all, we have to eat fruits,like watermelon,apple,oranges,papaya and etc.....

Although most children likes to eat sweets,fried chicken wings,pudings and fries, we can advise them not to eat too much of fatty foods.If they eat them non stop till they are adults,they would get illness such as stroke,high blood pressure and various types of cancel.Those illness might let a person die.So,start eating healthily!

The benifits of eating fruits and vegetables is to prevent high blood presure, stroke and cancels.
